  • The guest who books must be 21 or older and must be present for the stay.
  • A photo of the booking guest's driver license or ID is required before check in. Use the license upload form below.
  • Damage deposit: $150 at Cedar Village. It is refundable after checkout when the home is left in good shape.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • No pets allowed.
  • No parties, events, or large gatherings.
  • Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, so we respect our neighbors.
  • Overnight guests are limited to 5 at Cedar Village and 6 at Capital. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
  • The booking guest is responsible for everyone in their group following these rules.

How does booking direct work?

Text us your dates from this page. We confirm availability and your total, then send a secure payment link. Once it is paid, your dates are held for you.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel 14 or more days before check in for a full refund of the stay amount. Cancel 7 to 14 days before check in for a 50 percent refund. Inside 7 days the stay amount is not refundable.

How does the damage deposit work?

The deposit is 150 dollars at Cedar Village and 200 dollars at Capital. It is refundable after checkout when the home is left in good shape, and it is refunded in full if you cancel before check in.

How do I check in?

Check in is after 4 PM with a keypad code. Before your stay we collect a photo of the booking guest license or ID, right here on this page, and then your code is sent to you.

Is parking free?

Yes. Both homes have free private parking right at the home.

Can I bring a pet?

We love them, but pets are not permitted at either home, and smoking is not allowed.
